Radha Kund and Krishna Kund
These twin ponds hold immense reverence among Krishna devotees. Radha Kund emerged when Radha sought a pure place to bathe after Krishna defeated the demon Arishta. Krishna Kund, nearby, is believed to have been created by Krishna Himself. A dip in these waters is said to cleanse the soul.
Mansi Ganga
This sacred pond was created by Krishna's divine mind (mansi) for His parents to perform rituals. A peaceful boat ride here is said to replicate Krishna’s playful pastimes with the gopis.
Mukharvind Temple
Situated at the foothills of Govardhan, this temple marks the symbolic "mouth" of the hill. Devotees offer milk, water, and sweets here as a mark of their devotion to Govardhan, considered a manifestation of Krishna.
Kusum Sarovar
A picturesque water reservoir surrounded by exquisite sandstone structures, Kusum Sarovar is where Radha and the gopis are believed to have picked flowers (kusum) for Krishna. The calm surroundings make it a favorite among visitors for meditation and reflection.
